It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Creighton of Tatamagouche, Nova Scotia, who passed away on August 7, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ian Creighton and Lois Creighton (MacKay); his daughter Tracy; and his sister Helen. He is survived by: his wife Valerie (Jamieson); his children, Ian, Erin and John; his granddaughter Emery; and his sister Carole.

Memorial donations to Sharon United Church, Lillian Fraser Memorial Hospital Foundation or a local charity would be appreciated.

“Please accept my condolences on the passing of Ron. I first met Ron when I moved to Tatamagouche in the early seventies. Ron wanted to play pickup basketball with his cousins and needed the gymnasium and I was able to set it up. He always had a smile for everyone and and his kindness was felt by all who knew him. A great loss to his family and community.”
