She was predeceased by: her parents, Lorenzo Mingo and Stella Mingo (Tattrie); her husband Chalmers Stevens; her daughter Cathy; her sister Frances Grant; her brother-in-law Walter; her brother Floyd Mingo; her sister-in-law Eileen; and her son-in-law Glenn Heisler.

She is survived by: her daughters, Dora Heisler, Sally Craig (Doug), Carolyn Stevens (David Mitchell), Cynde Stevens (Bill Wood), Charlene Newton (Peter), Mary MacKenzie (Alan) and Susanna Rushton (Ron); her grandchildren, Wendy, Steven, Janelle, Justin, Zachary, Noah, Benjamin, Daniel, Christopher, Nicole and Hannah; and her great grandchildren, Thorin, James, Finley and Dashiell.
