Jean Elizabeth Baillie Obituary
Age 95, of Willow Lodge Home for. Special Care, Tatamagouche and formerly of Middleton, Colchester Co., passed away peacefully on August 25, 2017 in the Lodge. Born in Dean Chapter, February 23, 1922, she was a daughter of the late Daniel C. and Rosa (Rose) Forbes. Jean was a home maker, mother and partner in the family farm. Surviving are her children, Elizabeth (Walter), Ruth (Aubrey) and Arthur (Darlene); foster daughter, Paula; 8 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Annie and Jackie; numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, James (2009); son-in-law, Allan Langille; sisters, Alice Ernst and Ethel Douglas; brothers, John and Winston. Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. Thursday, August 31 and Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Friday, September 1, both in Coulter's Funeral Home (902-657-3288) 48 Riverside Dr., Tatamagouche. Interment will be in Forest Hill Cemetery, Denmark. Memorial donations to Willow Lodge or Forest Hill Cemetery would be appreciated.
