He is survived by: his parent Johanna Heukshorst (Broshuis); his wife Antonetta "Netta"; his children, Joanne Hatch (David) of Stittsville, Coleen Tattrie (Kenneth), Denmark, Patrick (Dawn), Lake Mary, Hank and Medicine Hat; his grandchildren, Thomas Hatch, Serena Hatch, Garrett, Cole, Logan Tattrie, Colton, Deverie, Reese Heukshorst and Zoey Heukshorst; and his siblings, Anthony (Catherine), John (Mary), Leo (Liza), Annie Cox (Leo), Hermina (Ted), Zutphen, Maria, Vulphen, Josephine Johnson (Paul), Louise Smith (Murray), Rosa, Hoogen and Regina Schop (Arie).

Memorial donations to St. Michael's Silent City Cemetery would be appreciated.
