It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Hazel Irene (Mattatall) Ponte (Tatamagouche, Nova Scotia), who passed away on August 29, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Mattatall and Catherine Mattatall (Purdy); her daughter Donna Lynn; her siblings, John, Brian, Kathleen McGill (Maynard) and Elizabeth Blair (Robert); her sister-in-law Carol; and her great-nephew Jeremy Wall.
She is survived by: her siblings, Mason, Gerald (Pat), Carl (Janet), Malcolm (Chris) and Lynn MacNeil (Tom); her sister-in-law Sharon; and her cousin Elizabeth Canfield. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
