Evelyn Tattrie Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn Tattrie of Tatamagouche, Nova Scotia, who passed away on January 25, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Evelyn Tattrie to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her father Donald McLean; her sons, Dale and Dion; her grandmother Evelyn; and her parents-in-law, Otis and Viva Tattrie.
She is survived by: her mother Lena McLean; her husband Aubrey Tattrie; her children, Darlene (Peter Duggan), Dawn (Brian MacPherson), Denise (Mark Gallant), Dwayne (Tyler Newbury), Kathy (Ronnie Ives) and Derek (Rebecca Reid); her grandchildren, Richard, Ryan, Darren, Tara, Gail, Dominque, Jolene, Joey, Sara, Chad, Brenda, Amanda, Amber, Melissa, Samantha, Holly, Tay, Owain, Savanna and Melanie; her pet Maggie; her siblings, Donna (Gary Schantz) and Bruce (Sherry James); her in-laws, Lorraine Marilyn, Doreen, Leo, Darlene, Pauline, Frank, Hector, Bobby, Elizabeth and Marilyn; and also Boyd. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Coulter's Funeral Home (48 Riverside Dr, Tatamagouche, NS B0K1V0). A reception was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the Rebekah's/Oddfellows, (245 Main St., Tatamagouche, B0K 1V0) or the Lillian Fraser Memorial Hospital Auxiliary, (110 Blair Ave., Tatamagouche, B0K 1V0.).
