He was predeceased by: his parents, Wolodymyr Martynkiw and Odarka Smal-Martynkiw. He is survived by: his sisters, Vera Martynkiw (Yvan Lavoie) and Zenia Martynkiw (Danylo Kolos); his nephews, Mykyta and Zachary Kolos of Alberta; and his significant other Margaret Graves.
