William H. touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sr. Besso (Him) and Mary Jane Besso (Marshall); his in-laws, Glenmore and Helen Neal; his grandson Matthew Joel Besso; and his uncle John Marshall.
He is survived by: his wife Hilma Besso (Neal); his daughter Cathy Michelle Warren (Dwayne); his grandchildren, Jenna Digero (Audrey) and Jacob Warren; his siblings, Phyllis Halloran (Charlie), Bonnie (Peter Hill), Linda Weatherby (Dennis), Virginia Cromwell (Wesley), Wayne Besso (Tonya) and Brian Besso (Karen); and his brothers-in-law, Glen Neal (Eleanor) and Trevor Neal (Julie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Donations in memory of Billy may be made to Palliative Care, Hospice Cape Breton or a charity of one's choice.
