He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Chapman and Irene Chapman. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette; his children, Donna Burt (Howie), David (Brenda), Gina Keough (Tim) and Angie (Albert Crawley); and his granddaughters, Amanda, Melissa, Jenna, Jesse, Kayla, Michelle and Victoria. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
