With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Teresa Carmel MacNeil (Sydney, Nova Scotia), born in New Waterford, Nova Scotia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Teresa Carmel left this world on January 30, 2025 at the age of 97, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Bob; her daughter Joann; her daughter-in-law Debbie; and her parents, Catherine Jones and William Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Frank MacNeil and Cathy Greer (Brant); her son-in-law Mike McKeown; her grandchildren, Shannon MacKinnon (Russ), Lisa Jobb (Matt), Matt McKeown and Mark McKeown; and her great grandchildren, Rylee, Brennan MacKinnon, Tristan McKeown and Vivian Jobb. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Sydney Memorial Chapel (49 Welton St, Sydney, NS B1P5R3).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Teresa's memory may be made to the Hospice Palliative Care Society of Cape Breton County.
