She was predeceased by: her parents, Duncan MacLeod and Mary Theresa MacLeod (Martell); her significant others, Edward "Eddie" MacLennan and Roger Strickland; and her brothers, Hughie (Heather) and Shaun.

She is survived by: her children, Jennifer MacLeod, Ann Marie MacLennan and Jason MacLennan; her stepchildren, Susan Young (Chris), Beth Strickland (Dave Stanley) and Colin Strickland (Angela); her grandchildren, Myles MacGregor, Andrew Oickle, Lachlyne MacGillivary, Reese, Paige MacLeod, Hannah, Emily, Riley Strickland and Lilly Stanley; her great grandchildren, Ivy and Presley; and her siblings, Mary Theresa Ross (Martin), Barbara MacPherson (Allan), Linda MacLeod, Duncan (Michelle), Bruce and Brian (Judy).

Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sydney Memorial Chapel (49 Welton St, Sydney, NS B1P5R3).

Memorials may be made to the Cancer Centre or the Pediatrics TLC Fund at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital.
