She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Peters and Joseph Peters; her husband Weldon Bagnell; her daughter Lorraine Duchesneau; and her siblings, Lorraine Martell (Jimmy) and Wally Peters (Dianne).
She is survived by: her son Weldon Bagnell (Laurie); her brother Alvin Peters (Bernadette); her grandchildren, Melissa MacDonald (Brian), Amy Mahar (Paul) and Adam Bagnell; her great grandchildren, Parker, Connor MacDonald and Delilah Bagnell; her son-in-law Paul Duchesneau; and her sisters-in-law, Mabel Hanham and Jean Bagnell. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Hospice Palliative Society of Cape Breton County or a charity of your choice.
