He is survived by: his wife Annie (MacLeod); his children, Kim MacLaughlin (Daniel) of Porter's Lake, Brian (Marlene), Sydney, Brent (Sandy), Bruce (Karen) of Cambridge, ON and Bradley (Jan) of Cambridge, ON; his grandchildren, Ryan (Julie), Jordon (Jen), Annelise (Gordie), Kaitlin (Mar), Bryden, Bryce, Krystle (Justin), Jessica (Joey), Cody (Kassi), Callie, Daniel and Sidney; and his great grandchildren, Easton, Emmayln, Jorja, Jordyn, Beau, Blake, Lennon, Hendrix and Ayah.
Memorials may be made to the An Cala Unit at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital, Hospice Palliative Care Society of Cape Breton County or charity of choice.
