It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roderick MacDougall of Sydney, Nova Scotia, who passed away on May 22, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Roderick MacDougall to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John MacDougall and Ethel MacDougall (MacKinnon). He is survived by: his partner Earl King; his close friend Earl King; his children, Shaun (Alana), Jason (Michelle) and Jennifer (Terry); his grandchildren, Hunter of Jeremy, JJ, Luca, Brennan, Brianna, Mya and Emmett; and his siblings, Rita, Raymond (Marillian) and Donald (Bonnie).

Due to Covid 19 there will be no visitation.

Donations in memory of Rod may be made to the SPCA Cape Breton Branch or charity of one's choice.
