He was predeceased by: his parents, Lena Crane and William Crane; and his siblings, George (late Sue), William (Toni), Rosie MacAskill (late Angus), Hazel Kozera (late Stanley), Ollie Drover (late Bert), Geraldine Ayre (late Bill) and Gertrude Mollons (Clyde).
He is survived by: his wife Evangeline; his children, Paul Crane (Colleen), Stephen Crane (Joanne) and Kim Brace (Allan); his siblings, Anne MacDonald (late Robert), Linda Henderson (Ivan), Shirley Gardiner (late David), Alonzo Crane (late Margie), Johnny Crane (Doris) and Ronald Crane (Helen); and his grandchildren, Raymond Crane, Courtney Adams, Caitlin Crouse, Kayla Brace, Brittany Crane, Shaelynn Crane, Danielle Crane, Vanessa Crane and Evan Brace. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Pier Community Funeral Home (1092 Victoria Rd, Sydney, NS B1N1L1). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Alban's Anglican Church (15 St Albans Ave, Sydney, NS B1N2T8).
Donations in memory of Robert may be made to a charity of one's choice.
