He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Hagell and Pheobe Hagell (Cann); and his wife Lillian Ruth (Knott). He is survived by: his children, Dawn Menon (Amar), Larry (Sandra), Lunenburg Co, John (Lisa) of Radium, BC, Carol Ferguson (Keith), Sydney and Philip (Colleen) of Victoria, BC; and his grandchildren, Philip, Stephen, Karen Menon, Charlene, Christine Hagell, Mary, Robert, Melinda Hagell, Matthew, Andrew Ferguson, Sarah and Daniel Hagell. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
