He was predeceased by: his parents, Reginald McCormack and Myrtle McCormack (Ritchie) of Sydney; and his cousins, Warnie and Walter Farmer. He is survived by: his close friend Charlotte Reid; his cousins, Debra Bond (John) and Paul McCormack (Caroline); and his friend Gary Gallivan. He is also survived by friends and family.
