He was predeceased by: his father Raymond Lewis; and his siblings, John Lewis and Norma O'Shea (Paddy). He is survived by: his son Alexander 'Alec Campbell Lewis; his mother Catherine Lewis (MacDonald); his wife Heather Lewis (Thrush); and his siblings, Bert Lewis (Maurina), Neil Lewis (Dale), Sandra Hussey (late Bob), Cathy MacDonald (Ray), Margaret Gushue (late Mike) and Rebecca Lewis.
