She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Johnston and Babe Johnston (Murrant); and her brother Alexander "Sandy" Johnston. She is survived by: her husband Walter; her sons, Douglas (Lese), California, Eric, Sydney, Bryan and Grant (Allison); her grandchildren, Innis, Islidh, Fiadh and Benjamin; her brother Robert Johnston (Marilyn); and her cousins, Jean Knott (Blaine), Carmine Cote (late Bill) and Frederick Johnston. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
