She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Currie and Bertie Currie; her husband Barry; her siblings, Anita Gouthro and Adie; and her sister-in-law Anna Currie.
She is survived by: her children, Barry Jr. (Lori) and Marianne Riola (Phil); her grandchildren, Nathan Lovell, Wesley Ferrer and Sydney Riola; and her siblings, Reg, Minette Murphy (Tom), Noreen McNeill (Bob), Henry Gouthro and Sharon Currie. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
