He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Petruskavich and Mary Petruskavich (Potribny); his wife Mary Petruskavich (Rykunyk); and his siblings, Stephna LeBlanc, Peter, Stan and Joe 'Capo' (Ashie).
He is survived by: his sons, Leo and Patrick; his grandchildren, Ben and Clare; and his siblings, Polly Gabereau (Dave) and Frank (Marie).
