It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Matilda Bagnell (Sydney, Nova Scotia), who passed away on December 15, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick Currie and Matilda Currie (Hall); her husband Albert; her son Leonard; and her siblings, John Currie (Christina), Grace Walker (Donald), Susie Dixon (George), Patrick Currie (Mildred), Cyril Currie, Michael Currie (Theriza), Jean MacLean (John), Aggie Ramsay, Georgina Whalen and Pauline Leon (Johnny).
She is survived by: her siblings, Patricia Leon (Joe) and Shirley Bourgeois (Pierre); and her parents-in-law, Theresa Currie and Ronnie Whalen.
Covid protocols will be practiced at the service.
