Mary Catherine Colbourne Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 10, 2024, Mary Catherine Colbourne (Sydney, Nova Scotia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Brewer and Mary Brewer (Gillis); her husband Reg; her son Lawrence; her siblings, John and Geraldine; her niece Debbie Sapola; and her sister-in-law Cecilia Brewer.

She is survived by: her children, Reggie, David (Marlene), Stephen (Doreen), Robert (Danette), Bradley (Karen), Rodney (Shannon), Billy (Dale), Marie Colbourne Neaves (Dean), Brenda Walsh and Nancy Antle (Robert); her sister-in-law Marg Pierre; and her daughters-in-law, Lorraine Colbourne and Donna Colbourne. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Cape Breton Regional Hospital Foundation.
