The memory of Margaret Ley (Sydney, Nova Scotia), who passed away on December 8, 2024 at the age of 86, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex and Emma (Gillis); and her brothers, Melvin, Greg, Richard and Wayne.
She is survived by: her significant other Wilbert Ley; her son Lawrence; her daughter-in-law Shauna (Hillman); her grandchildren, Larissa (Andre), Kenzie (Easton), Michelle and Jeffrey Ley; her great grandchildren, Maverick, Stanley and Victoria; and her sister-in-law Eleanor Gillis.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the All Faith Chapel (1092 Victoria Rd, Sydney, NS B1N1L1). A memorial service was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Donations in memory of Eileen may be made to a charity of one's choice.
