He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Marsh and William Hewer; his grandparents, Louis and Beatrice Marsh; his wife Margaret Hall; his daughter Crystal Hall; and his siblings, Queenie, Frankie, Eddie and Tommy.

He is survived by: his siblings, Michael (Brenda), Freddie (Anne), Tressa, Deedee, Delores (Phil) and Anna; his stepchildren, Wanda (Bradley) and Richie; his son-in-law Jim; his grandchildren, Margaret and Raven (Jerry); and his great grandchildren, Victoria, Brandy and Christopher.
