Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Lorraine MacDonald (Sydney, Nova Scotia), who passed away at the age of 71, on July 29, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, Neil Bennett and Mary Theresa Bennett (Antle); her son Timothy Macdonald; her grandson Gabriel Demeyere; her brother Neil Robert Bennett; and her sister-in-law Linda PeddleA.

She is survived by: her husband Norman; her children, Kris Macdonald (Mandy) of Yarmouth, NS, Robin (Gerrod), Washington, DC, Cindy MacAulay (Doug) of Glace Bay, NS, Lindsey Macdonald and Holly Johnson (James) of Calgary, AB; her grandchildren, Ryan, Britney Macdonald, Bradley, Bridget, Elizabeth Glauner, Abby, Samuel, Emma, Jacob Demeyere, Noah Aalders, William and Emily Camus; her sisters, Wendy Bennett and Patricia Smith (Leonard); her mother-in-law Shirley Macdonald; and her brothers-in-law, Stewart Macdonald (Debbie) and Allan Peddle. She is also survived by six children: two sons and four daughters.

Interment will take place in Hardwood Hill Cemetery.No flowers please.
