He is survived by: his wife Donna Rowe; his children, Jason Rowe (Kim) and Jillian Rowe (Jeff Green); his stepdaughter Janine Gallant; his brothers, Donald Rowe and Gerard Rowe (Mary); his sister-in-law Noreen Rowe (Kevin); and his grandchildren, Jacob (Jillian), Denzel and Mary-Louise (Janine).
