He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph and Shirley Brennan (Carew); his daughter Catherine Josephine "Joei" Kennedy; and his grandparents, Margaret, William Brennan, Lena and Alfred Carew.
He is survived by: his wife Heather (MacKinnon); his sons, Sandy (Deborah), Gregory Kennedy (Catherine), Kyle Brennan (Jessie), Sydney and Kory Brennan (Dominique) of Penticton, BC; his grandchildren, Madison, Claira, Johnny, Alex, Logan, Olivia, Emma, Nathan, Riley and Adeline; and his siblings, Nancy MacRae (Lindsey), Raylene Brennan, Sydney, Beverley Brennan (Glenn), Coxheath, Alfred (Diane), Winnipeg and David. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
