He was predeceased by: his parents, Dimitri Madinsky and Frances Madinsky; and his siblings, Donald and Mary. He is survived by: his wife Hilda; his children, John (Karen), Wayne (Janet), Mark (Laurie) and Sandra; his grandchildren, Christopher, Danielle (David), Katie (Liam), Royce, Evan, Chelsea and Emily; his great grandchildren, Zachary, Wesley, Reese and Dylan; his stepgranddaughter Erin; his sister Frances; his niece Judy; his sister-in-law Inez; his nieces and nephews, Bernice, Francis and Chrisanna; and also, Amber, Chance and MacKenzie.
Donations in memory of John may be made to a charity of one's choice.
