He was predeceased by: his parents, Guiseppe Violande and Sarafina Violande; his birth parents, Salvador and Mary Degiobbi; and his granddaughters, Debra and Jennifer.
He is survived by: his wife Kay; his children, John (Trilby), Jim (Pam), Robbie (Michele), Rose (Dave Shaheen), Debra (Robert MacPherson) and Cathy; his siblings, Anthony, Michael, Brian, Tommy and Shirley; and his siblings-in-law, Alphonse, Mary and Rose Conohan (Basil). He is also survived by his 16 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
Due to Covid restrictions only invited guests will be able to attend.
Donations in memory of John may be made to a charity of one's choice.
