Joan Louise Hicks Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 3, 2021, at the age of 84, Joan Louise Hicks (Sydney, Nova Scotia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Louis Arnold Hicks; her children, Julia Dunn (Cameron), Robert Hicks (Donna) and Elizabeth MacLeod (Dwight); her grandchildren, Amanda-Leigh MacLeod, John A. MacLeod (Tara), Andrew Hicks, Matthew Hicks (Shelby Amero), Collin, Shaughnessy and Ewan Dunn; and her great grandchildren, Lachlan and Enna MacLeod.
A memorial/celebration of her life will be held at a later date at the Salvation Army Sydney Community Church with burial in Wallace River, NS when all Covid restrictions have been lifted.
