He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Halloran and Greta Halloran (Blakeburn); and his siblings, Carol Joseph, Charlie, Jim and Roy.
He is survived by: his siblings, Earl of Dawson Creek, BC, Rose Buchanan, Sydney and Donna Kirby (Phil) of Durham, NS; his nieces and nephews, Lorna Krszwda (Kenny), Patricia Porter (Kevin), Kerry MacDonald (Darlene), Craig Kirby (Kelly) and Ryan Kirby (Heidi); and his friend Rick Farmer. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
