He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Fletcher and Florence Fletcher (Ivany); his former wife Evelyn Fletcher (Matheson); and his sisters, Helen and Joan.

He is survived by: his wife Norma (Hanson); his children, Norma Lynn and Douglas (Sydney River); his grandchildren, Adam Boutilier (Lauren), Caitlin Boutilier, Breana Greene, Hank Fletcher, Jim Fletcher (Daniela) and Molly Fletcher; his great grandchildren, Elliot, Lilly, Brady and Ava; and his siblings, Carol Quinn, Elaine Veniotte and Wayne (Connie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
