She was predeceased by: her parents, George Richardson and Winnie Richardson (Gordon); and her brother Paul Richardson. She is survived by: her husband Michael; her sons, Michael Jr., Stephen (Debbie) and Sydney; her sisters, Bernice MacDonald (Gordon), Beverly Richardson (Dan) and Sydney; and her sister-in-law Sandra Richardson (Sydney). She is also survived by six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers or food, a memorial donation to the Cancer Centre at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital would be appreciated.
