It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ida (Bugden) Coleman of Sydney, Nova Scotia, who passed away on February 4, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ida (Bugden) Coleman to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Traver Bugden and Ellen Bugden (Shepherd); her brothers, David and Lloyd Bugden; and her parents-in-law, Jack and Rita Coleman.

She is survived by: her father-in-law Donald; her grandchildren, Sairah, Emma Damboise, Cole and Claire Gromack; her siblings, Carol Clarke and John Bugden; her siblings-in-law, Barbara Sinclair (Bugden), Elva Bugden, Donalda Shepherd (Pierre), John Coleman (Sheila) and Robert Coleman (Debbie); her aunt Harriet Scott; and also, Angela Coleman Damboise (Greg), Winterport, Maine and Cherie Lynn Gromack (Glenn) of Moncton, NB.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Cape Breton Regional Hospital Cancer Care Foundation.
