It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hilda Mary MacDonald of Sydney, Nova Scotia, who passed away on April 24, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Hector; her children, Anne Louise and Alex; her grandson John-John; her daughter Mary Catherine O'Donnell; and her siblings, Alex Peter, John, Christie and Peg. She was also cherished by the sons and daughters-in-law, her eighteen grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
