She was predeceased by: her parents, James Edward and Hannah Jane Miller (Coleman); her husband Michael "Tato"; and her brothers, Jimmy and Victor.

She is survived by: her children, Amanda Penney-Mombourquette, Whitney Pier, Ramona Mombourquette (Robert), Michael (Wendy), Victor (Velda) of Grand Prairie, AB and Jimmy (Wendy); her siblings, Margaret Miller-Bruno (Sydney) and Donnie (Patricia); and her grandchildren, Robert, Michael, Carolyn, Colin, Victor, Vincent, Jamie, Keigan, Hannah and Bryan. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.

Memorials in Helen's memory may be made to St. Alban's Anglican Church.
