He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis MacKenzie and Catherine MacKenzie; his brothers, Robert (Lorraine) and Gerard; and his granddaughter Quinn Farrow.

He is survived by: his daughters, Sarah (Travis), Megan (Adam) and Heather (Scott); his grandchildren, Taylor, Evann, Ella, Ava, Jackson, Nora and Hudson; his siblings, Mary (Peter), Ann (Elmer) and Joseph; his sister-in-law Mary; and his wife Meryl MacKenzie.
