Gordon MacFarlane Obituary

With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Gordon MacFarlane (Sydney, Nova Scotia), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon MacFarlane and Isabel MacFarlane (Matheson); and his brother Donald MacFarlane. He is survived by: his wife Agnes (MacKenzie); his children, Brenda, Derek (Lyndsay) and Mel; his grandchildren, Paige (Keelan) and Kenzie (Brooke); his siblings, Mary Hill (Bob), Margot Macaulay (Donnie), Ainsley MacFarlane and Peter MacFarlane; and his sister-in-law Muriel MacGregor (Harry). He is also survived by nieces and nephew; cousins.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Knox Presbyterian Church (39 Grant St, Baddeck, NS B0E1B0). A masonic service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the Knox Church (39 Grant St, Baddeck, NS B0E1B0). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
