He was predeceased by: his parents, John Halliday and Muriel Halliday (Weir); and his brothers, Wilfred and Curtis. He is survived by: his wife Shirley (Shaw); his children, Terri Littlewood (Danny), Sydney, Lori Deveaux (Douglas) of Grand River, NS, Jann Halliday and John Sydney (April); his grandchildren, Royce Madinsky, Jordan Littlewood (Amanda), Kullen Deveaux, Alexander Jeffers (Lauren), Nathan Halliday and Bethany Halliday; his great grandchildren, Zachary Doyle, Charlie Littlewood, Violet Littlewood and Hailey Jeffers; his aunt Rosella Pye; his niece Shirlann; and his nephew Curtis.
