She was predeceased by: her parents, Kent Sheppard and Mary Sheppard (Legge); her husband Thomas; her brother Ken Sheppard (Winnie); her brother-in-law Bill Mullins; her grandson David Hayes; and her great grandchild Travis Hayes.

She is survived by: her children, Shirley Hayes (Tommy Cromwell), Steven Hayes (Susan), Gussie Hayes (Debbie) and Sydney; her grandchildren, Kyle Baker (Mallory), Cody Cromwell, Chelsea Cromwell, Steve Hayes (Kaycee) and Anthony Hayes; her great grandchildren, Ashton, Aidan, Austin, Abigail, Jax, Elliot, Ivy and Grayson; her sisters, Eleanor Mullins, Sydney and Shirley Ammonn (Horst) of London, ON; and her granddaughter Crystal-Dawn. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
