She is survived by: her parents, Walter Oakley and Jean Oakley (Dicks); her husband Albert Horne; her children, Robin Beaver (Charles), Michael, Kendall (Jocelyn) and Doyle (Tara); her grandchildren, Conor, Caitlyn, Zachary, Chloe, Alexis and Silas; her siblings, Valerie MacLennan (Alex), Vernon Oakley (Florence) and Eddie Oakley (Cathy); her mother-in-law Helen Horne; and her siblings-in-law, Judy Harte (Freddie), Danny Horne (Brenda), Donald Wayne Horne and Jimmy Horne (Kim). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at Riverside Cemetery, Hornes Road on Sunday, July 25 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Allan MacLellan officiating.Memorials may be made to the Children's Wish Foundation or Riverside School.
