He was predeceased by: his parents, Sant Ram and Florence Dulvy; and his wife Shirley Angelina Dulvy (Engles). He is survived by: his children, Rachel Abel, Rima Dulvy and Richard Dulvy (Shireen); and his grandchildren, Zaria and Nathan.

Memorials may be made to Bethel Presbyterian Church or James McConnell Memorial Library.
