He was predeceased by: his parents, Roderick MacDougall and Mary MacDougall (Buchanan); his spouse Margaret'Margie'; and his brothers, Edmund and John.
He is survived by: his family, Cape Breton, Whitney Pier and Eddie; and his children, Gordon MacDougall (Linda), Joyce O'Brien (Lawrence), Brenda Wambolt (Todd) and Kevin MacDougall (Susan).
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Eddie, may be made to Cape Breton Regional Patient Care Fund.
