She was predeceased by: her parents, William Richards and Miriam Richards (Garland); her husband Harold Collins; her sisters, Anne Smith (George), Kathleen Halfyard (Harold) and Elizabeth Freake (Loyal); and her son-in-law Robert Richards.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Lou Richards, Patricia Collins and Susanne Murphy; her grandchildren, Paula, Karen (Paul), Scott (Jody) and David (Kelly); her great grandchildren, Tyler, Lucas, Jacob, Olivia and Katelyn; and her sisters, Evelyn Battler (late Reg) of Kitchener, ON, Alice Evans (late Jack) and Sydney. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
