He is survived by: his mother Sharon; his stepfather Donnie Hawco; his children, Elizabeth and Matthew; his sisters, Ann Gillis (Ronnie) and Beth McAskill (John); his nieces and nephews, Melia Gillis, Amanda McAskill, Justin, Neil Gillis and Ben McAskill; his stepsiblings, Donnie Hawco (Jennifer) and Charmaine Croxen (Robert); and his aunts, Janice MacPherson (John) and Eileen MacDonald.
