It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Mary Leyte (Sydney, Nova Scotia), born in Amherst, Nova Scotia, who passed away on November 5, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lirette and Julia Lirette (Cormier); her husband Clayton; and her son George. She is survived by: her son John Leyte (Marilyn); her grandchildren, Scott Leyte (June), Kim Leyte (Charlie), George Leyte, Mark Leyte and Dale Ann Hopkins (Keith); and her daughter-in-law Dale Leyte. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
