He was predeceased by: his parents, Lois Fougere and Dennis Sr. Fougere; his sister Isabelle MacEachern; his nephews, Donald Phillips and Kenny Phillips; his aunt Della; and his uncle Tom White.
He is survived by: his child Cerebral Palsy; and his siblings, Aubrey, Dale, Noreen, Della, Norman, William, Wayne, Paul, Heather, Wendy and Karen. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, in-laws, friends and family.
