He is survived by: his wife Aline (Meunier); his children, Richard (Florence), Terry (Debbie), Gary (Theresa), Keith, Kevin (Janice), Joan MacDonald (late George Allison) and Sharon Butler (Fred Cook); his daughter-in-law Marie MacLean; and his sisters, Phoebe Porter (late Eddie) and Irlene Cottiers (late Phil). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to the Salvation Army.
