She was predeceased by: her parents, Duncan Beaton and Elizabeth Beaton (MacLellan); her siblings, Jimmy, Donald and Anne Marie; and her sisters-in-law, Alice and Barb Beaton.

She is survived by: her significant other James Archibald Harvie; her daughter Elizabeth Harvie; her grandson Shayne Harvie (Angela); her great grandchild Mia; her granddaughter Ally MacEachern (Connor); her son Rodney (Jill); her grandchildren, Willie Archie, Sammy and Ellie; her son Michael; her grandson Jacob (Emily); her great grandchild Oaklee; her niece Stephanie MacNeil (Shane); her grandson Drew; her nephews, Keith Beaton (Courtney) and Leonard Beaton (Brandi); her great-nephews, Garrison and Ewan; her stepchildren, Jackie Harvie (Angelina), Kathy Samson (Mike) and Susan; her brother Robert Beaton; and her grandson Jake Harvie. She is also survived by children and grandchildren.

Donations in memory of Diana may be made to the Hospice Society of Victoria County.
